We’ll, we’ve had an exciting and disastrous time in our area today, with no let up in sight, unfortunately. The Flood of 2018 will definitely go down in history.
Fortunately, I am high and dry, and likely to stay that way. But there’s no traveling unless necessary–school was cancelled early today.
What does an artist do under those circumstances?
Art, of course.
I played with a new underpainting technique, and then spent all day working on this one. It was lovely, after all the rush of the 30 in 30 and trying to make the most of the workshop, to take my time.
This one went through three versions before I was happy with it, though!
