I was delighted to discover in 2015 that I had been a lifelong artist. I fell in love with pastels and have continued a devoted relationship with the medium, finding great joy in the immediacy of the many hues.
My ultimate goal as an artist is to see truly, therefore to know, and therefore to worship the Creator and extend love to the viewer. I delight in sharing this gift of art with others. My current body of work in pastel on paper explores floral, landscape, and animal subjects. My paintings are seldom subtle, I love color so much! I seek out the intimate views that are easily missed with a casual glance, and hope to inspire you to do the same.
